Not only great work, but very responsive, thorough and fair bid, completed the job in a day less than estimated (So we can stop camping in the living room😁) and did an amazing job of matching the new floors to the existing floors (or as close as you can with 18 year old floors without refinishing them!). These guys really know their stuff. Jeff gave us a good price for refinishing (not the cheapest, but he knows his business), and his technicians Nathan and Dustin went above and beyond in service. It was early Friday evening when Nathan noticed some kind of chemical reaction between the finish and some product the previous owners of our house had used on the floor. He and Dustin re-sanded the entire room, put down a new coat of sealer, and then a first coat of finish. Now we have very, very pretty restored oak floors that are a pleasure to the eye every time we look at them.

Imperial Wood Floors sanded off and refinished the original wood floors in our house. Jeff and his crew at Imperial Wood Floors were great to work with. Jeff was able to fit us into the schedule right away and was very responsive and kept me informed through the whole process. Our new refinished floor turned out great, much better than we expected and so much nicer than the original floor. I was very surprised by how little dust was left behind and how close they were able to refinish the floor next to the existing trim and adjacent floors. I am presently working on finishing a hardwood maple floor myself. I ran into some issues and was not happy with the way it looked after staining. I called Chris and he was a great help. Gave me lots of advice and offered my options. I was a non paying customer, but he was more than happy to help me out. I would definitely recommend his services. He was very professional and helpful. Beautiful work!!! Jeff refinished the wood floors and stairs in an old home that had been carpeted and damaged from carpet glue. They turned out gorgeous! I highly recommend!
